Support Contract Covers Newest Additions To Airline's
Fleet
Goodrich Corporation and Hawaiian Airlines have signed an
extension to their existing Prime Solutions nacelle maintenance
agreement to support the airline's fleet of 18 Boeing 717-200
aircraft powered by Rolls-Royce BR715 engines. The existing nacelle
flight hour agreement provides maintenance, repair and overhaul
services, management of spare parts, rotables and dedicated
Goodrich technical support.
With this new extension, Goodrich's Aerostructures business will
increase its support to include three aircraft that Hawaiian
Airlines introduced into its fleet beginning in October 2011.
"This extension demonstrates Hawaiian Airlines' confidence in
the value and service levels of the existing nacelle maintenance
program with Goodrich," said Paul Farsetta, vice president and
general manager of aftermarket for Goodrich's Aerostructures
business. "We are pleased that our proactive Prime Solutions
nacelle maintenance management program continues to be an integral
and valuable part of their fleet management approach and we look
forward to continuing our relationship."
Charles Nardello, Hawaiian's senior vice president for
operations said, "We have been pleased with Goodrich's support on
our original contract and look forward to seeing the same great
performance with our newly expanded narrow-body fleet."
Goodrich Corporation operates through its divisions and as a
parent company for its subsidiaries, one or more of which may be
referred to as "Goodrich Corporation" in this press release.
