Dallas Airmotive Opens Brazilian Regional Sales/Service HQ

Dallas Airmotive has opened a new sales and service regional headquarters in Belo Horizonte, Brazil.

Initially, Dallas Airmotive do Brazil will support military, commercial, business and general aviation aircraft in Brazil and the region with technical assistance, import/export management, logistics, field service and line replaceable unit (LRU) stocking. The facility is located close to the Pampulha Airport in Belo Horizonte.

"Brazil is a very active and growing market for turbine engine services," commented BBA Aviation Engine Repair and Overhaul President, Hugh McElroy.

"We have been watching this market develop for many years and feel that now is the right time to establish a physical presence there. Our initial efforts will focus on military and commercial aircraft with a vision to grow our services to meet the demands of the Latin American market."
