PURSUANT TO 14 CFRSECTION 91.137(A)(2) TEMPORARY FLIGHT RESTRICTIONS ARE IN EFFECTWITHIN AN AREA BOUNDED BY 481653N/1192837W OR THE EPHRATA /EPH/ VORTAC 337 DEGREE RADIAL AT 54.2 NAUTICAL MILES THEN TO 481845N/1192415W OR THE EPHRATA /EPH/ VORTAC 340 DEGREE RADIAL AT 56.1 NAUTICAL MILES THEN TO 481257N/1191635W OR THE EPHRATA /EPH/ VORTAC 346 DEGREE RADIAL AT 50.6 NAUTICAL MILES THEN TO 481046N/1192058W OR THE EPHRATA /EPH/ VORTAC 343 DEGREE RADIAL AT 48.2 NAUTICAL MILES BACK ORIGINAL POINT AT AND BELOW 12000 FEET MSL TO PROVIDE A SAFE ENVIRONMENT FOR FIRE FIGHTING AIRCRAFTOPERATIONS. COLVILLE BIA, TELEPHONE 509-634-3100/FREQ 132.425 (SOUTH OMAK LAKE FIRE), IS IN CHARGE OF THE OPERATION. SEATTLE /ZSE/ ARTCC, TELEPHONE 253-351-3520, IS THE FAA COORDINATION FACILITY.
