FBO Manager Acquired By Former Executives

Michael Barron and Barry Kress, both former executives of Cornerstone Logic, have purchased FBO Manager from Universal Weather and Aviation and formed a new aviation group operating under the name FBO Plus. Created in 1996, FBO Manager has remained a leader in aviation software and is used by over 400 FBOs across the country. Barron, FBO PLUS' new CEO, said he was excited to assume control of the nations leading aviation software.

"We have exciting plans for FBO Manager and want to reassure all our customers that the transition from Universal Weather will be both transparent and painless. Universal has been instrumental in updating the software and we look forward to deploying this new version." said Barron.

"We acknowledge FBO Manager has had its share of ups and downs in the past couple of years, but rest assured the best is yet to come." Under the direction of Barry Kress, FBO Plus' new Chief Technology Officer and company president, development of FBO Manager 2010 will begin immediately.

"In the coming days and weeks, we'll be contacting all our customers to ask for their input in designing the most exciting version of FBO Manager since its introduction over 13 years ago," commented Kress.

"PCI Compliant is a term you're sure to be hearing in the coming months and our newest version will be designed to be 100% compliant and certified."

Handling customer support calls will be top priority for Customer Care Manager Amber Roberts. An experienced FBO Manager user, Roberts will work with Universal's support team to provide continued support for users during the transition period.

"Our support line will be available to customers 24/7" said Roberts, "We promise you'll never reach an automated system at FBO Manager. In the event that all of our techs are busy assisting other users, your call will be routed to a living individual to take your information. Customer satisfaction is our number one goal."

"On behalf of our entire team, we look forward to providing outstanding sales and service to FBOs and making FBO Manager the largest provider of aviation software in the US," remarked Barron.
