FDC 7/3160 ZTL AL.. FLIGHT RESTRICTIONS ANNISTON, AL. EFFECTIVE 06 NOVEMBER 2007 UNTIL 07 MARCH 2008; MONDAYS THROUGH FRIDAYS FROM 1330 UTC UNTIL 2200 UTC. PURSUANT TO 14 CFR SECTION 91.137(A)(3), TEMPORARY FLIGHT RESTRICTIONS IN THE VICINITY OF DISASTER/HAZARD AREAS ARE IN EFFECT FOR THE MOVEMENT OF HAZARDOUS MATERIAL. AIRCRAFT FLIGHT OPERATIONS ARE PROHIBITED WITHIN A 3 NAUTICAL MILE RADIUS OF 33-40-27N/085-58-06W OR THE TALLADEGA/TDG/VOR027 DEGREE RADIAL AT 7.0 NAUTICAL MILES AT AND BELOW 5,000 FEET AGL,EXCLUDING THAT AIRSPACE WHICH OVERLAPS INTO RESTRICTED AREA R-2102 WHEN RESTRICTED AREA IS ACTIVE.
