PURSUANT TO 14 CFR SECTION 91.137(A)(2) TEMPORARY FLIGHT RESTRICTIONS ARE IN EFFECT WITHIN A 5 NAUTICAL MILE RADIUS OF 394107N/1104450W THE CARBON (PUC) VOR/DME 350 DEGREE RADIAL AT 5 NAUTICAL MILES AT AND BELOW 9500 FEET MSL TO PROVIDE A SAFE ENVIRONMENT FOR FIRE FIGHTING AIRCRAFT OPERATIONS. THE BUREAU OF LAND MANAGEMENT, 435-259-1850/FREQ 124.075, IS IN CHARGE OF THE OPERATION. CEDAR CITY /CDC/ AFSS 435-586-1525 IS THE FAA COORDINATION FACILITY.
