Shared Ownership Program Lands At Three SoCal Airports
AirShares Elite told ANN this week
about the opening of the shared ownership operaton's first West
Coast-based operation, located in the metro Los Angeles area.
AirShares Elite has selected the John Wayne-Orange County, Santa
Monica, and Van Nuys airports to launch the western expansion of
its popular aircraft shared ownership program.
"AirShares Elite is more than just owning an airplane," says
David Lee, AirShares President and CEO. "Nowhere else will you
experience a culture that blends expert training, professional
pilot mentoring, world class customer service, and an
industry-leading managerial staff, all rolled into the luxury of
hassle-free aircraft ownership."
AirShares has brand new air-conditioned Cirrus SR22 GTS
airplanes already on the ground in LA. AirShares will also be the
first ownership program to feature the newly announced
air-conditioned, turbo-equipped SR22 G3 airplanes when Cirrus
begins delivery later in the year.
"The enthusiasm and excitement we received from pilots at AOPA
Expo '06 was unprecedented," Lee continues. "We listened to the
demand and today, the AirShares experience is now available west of
the continental divide."
Formal introductions to the program will begin on May 19, when
AirShares Elite holds its first LA area open house at John
Wayne-Orange County airport. Similar ceremnoies at Santa Monica
Airport (SMO) will follow on May 20 and June 9, with an open house
at Van Nuys (VNY) scheduled for June 10. Locations are available on
the AirShares website.
