SECTION 99.7, SPECIAL SECURITY INSTRUCTIONS. EFFECTIVE IMMEDIATELY
UNTIL FURTHER NOTICE. WITHIN AN AREA BOUNDED BY THE FOLLOWING

REMAIN BELOW THE FLOOR OF CLASS B AIRSPACE (3,500 OR 4,500 FEET
