ONLY RELIEF AIRCRAFT OPERATIONS UNDER DIRECTION OF THE ARKANSAS STATE POLICE ARE AUTHORIZED IN THE AIRSPACE AT AND BELOW 4000 FEET AGL WITHIN A 4 NAUTICAL MILE RADIUS OF 353800N/0924300W AND THE LITTLE ROCK /LIT/ VORTAC 330 DEGREE RADIAL AT 63 NAUTICAL MILES. DOUG CASH, 501-745-4531, IS IN CHARGE OF THE OPERATION. MEMPHIS ARTCC /ZME/, 901-368-8234, IS THE FAA COORDINATION FACILITY.
