ONLY RELIEF AIRCRAFT OPERATIONS UNDER THE DIRECTION OF WASHINGTON TOWNSHIP POLICE ARE AUTHORIZED IN THE AIRSPACE AT AND BELOW 3000 FEET AGL, 3 NAUTICAL MILE RADIUS OF 394455N/0750157W OR THE CEDAR LAKE VOR /VCN/ 008 DEGREE RADIAL AT 012 NAUTICAL MILES. THE WASHINGTON TOWNSHIP POLICE, THOMAS MASAM TELEPHONE 856-906-3610, IS IN CHARGE OF THE OPERATION. THE PHILADELPHIA APPROACH /PHL/, TELEPHONE 215-492-4123, IS THE FAA COORDINATION FACILITY.
