PURSUANT TO 14 CFR SECTION 91.137(A)(2) TEMPORARY FLIGHT RESTRICTIONS ARE IN EFFECT WITHIN AN AREA BOUNDED BY: 441000N/1145230W OR THE HAILEY /HLE/ NDB/DME 315 DEGREE RADIAL AT 57.2 NAUTICAL MILES THEN TO 441000N/1143400W OR THE HAILEY /HLE/ NDB/DME 328 DEGREE RADIAL AT 52.1 NAUTICAL MILES THEN TO 435249N/1143400W OR THE HAILEY /HLE/ NDB/DME 321 DEGREE RADIAL AT 35.9 NAUTICAL MILES THEN TO 435249N/1144740W OR THE HAILEY /HLE/ NDB/DME 308 DEGREE RADIAL AT 40.8 NAUTICAL MILES BACK ORIGINAL POINT AT AND BELOW 11000 FEET MSL TO PROVIDE A SAFE ENVIRONMENT FOR FIRE FIGHTING.
