"Our thoughts and prayers are with Miles' family, and the entire Snowbird family. We are deeply saddened by the loss of our friend, and being here to render a final salute is the best way we can support the Snowbirds during this emotional time."

Source: US Navy Blue Angels CO and Flight Leader, Cmd. Steve Foley, commenting on the untimely passing of Canadian Snowbirds pilot Capt. Miles Selby after a mid-air collision during a practice session. The Blue Angels visited the Snowbirds to pay their respects and show their support for their fellow pilots and performers.
