PURSUANT TO 14 CFR SECTION 91.137(A)(1) TEMPORARY FLIGHT RESTRICTIONS ARE IN EFFECT FOR CHEMICAL SPILL ONLY RELIEF AIRCRAFT OPERATIONS UNDER DIRECTION OF WAYNE COUNTY EMERGENCY SERVICE ARE AUTHORIZED IN THE AIRSPACE AT AND BELOW 5000 FEET AGL WITHIN A 2 NAUTICAL MILE RADIUS OF 382345N/0823130W OR THE NEWCOMBE /ECB/ VORTAC 54 DEGREE RADIAL AT 23.0 NAUTICAL MILES WAYNE COUNTY EMERGENCY SERVICE TELEPHONE 304-272-6333 IS IN CHARGE OF ON SCENE EMERGENCY RESPONSE ACTIVITY. INDIANAPOLIS /ZID/ ARTCC TELEPHONE 317-247-2242 IS THE FAA COORDINATION FACILITY.
