Good News at Apex Aircraft

Apex Aircraft Passes Three Milestones

Three milestones have recently been met by Apex Aircraft, makers of Cap and Robin aircraft.

Diesel:

The Thielert-powered, Jet-A FADEC Robin 135 CDI has passed ground cooling tests and will now proceed with flight test. High efficiency is expected in this handsome 2+2 seater.

CAP-10 Wing progress:

The FAA has agreed that French DGAC structure approvals are valid for the new CAP10C wing. Apex still has routine documents to submit before final FAA approval.

...and we Saved the Best for Last:

The company is out of receivership, per court judgment of august 25.

A company press release says, "The company is now well poised to prosper, with modern niche products and lean business practices. Apex thanks its customers, suppliers, staff and friends for their continued support and confidence during the reorganization."
