DART Flies Into Helitech Show In Europe

More than 70 New EASA-Approved Helicopter Accessories On Board

The DART Helicopter Services (DHS) team is flying into Helitech 2009 with more than 70 new helicopter accessories certified for European operators.

Each of the accessories has been designed to make flying safer, more effective or more efficient, and each product was approved by the European Aviation Safety Agency (EASA) in 2008-2009.

"The European helicopter community has provided great support to DHS, and we work hard to bring them the products they need to improve mission effectiveness," said DHS President Jeff Shapiro. "We are delighted to be returning to Helitech with more great accessories."

The products have been certified for multiple models of AgustaWestalnd, Bell, Eurocopter, MDHI, Robinson, and Sikorsky helicopters. The EASA approved accessories include multiple emergency float kits, with and without life rafts, cargo mirrors, cabin floor protectors, heli-access steps, avionics consoles, interior trim panels, heaters, cable cutters kits, seats, bearpaws, extended height landing gear, engine cycle counters, and more.
