DeLand ‘Flyway To Highway’ Is ON!

Interim Event Is Looking To Be VERY Popular

We really missed going to the DeLand Sport Aviation Showcase this past November and are looking forward to being there in 2021. BUT... an interim event will be held at the end of the month so that you can still get a taste of sport aviation before spring-time--when we hope other events will finally be ready to do their thing. DeLand's ‘Flyway To Highway’ event is scheduled for January 30th, at the DeLand Municipal Airport from 0900 to 1400, on the ramp at 1000 Flightline Boulevard.

COVID Exposure Issue Shuts Down Van's Aircraft Shipping Through 1/15

Temporary Shipping Closure Results After Shipping Team Sent Home

The COVID effect continues... this time to the folks at Van's Aircraft. Van's tells us that, "Due to a recent, unfortunate COVID-19 exposure event, we have sent our parts and hardware shipping team home for a 14-day quarantine period. That means we have only a couple of people in place to try to support a workload that is normally staffed by more than 10 individuals. As a result, our shipping department is currently considered to be closed until January 15th, with the exception of bonified emergency shipments..."
