Sikorsky S-92 'Legacy of Heroes' Demo Helicopter On Display In Malaysia

Sikorsky Aircraft Corp.'s S-92 "Legacy of Heroes" demonstration helicopter will be shown on static display at the Langkawi International Maritime & Aerospace Exhibition in Malaysia beginning Dec. 6. The aircraft recently launched the second leg of its worldwide tour with its arrival in Singapore on Nov. 21.

Delivery Of Eight Additional Airbus Military CN235s To France Underway

Aircraft Join 19 Airlifters Already In Service To French Air Force

The Flight Test Centre of the Direction Generale de l'Armament (DGA) of the French Ministry of Defence has taken delivery of the first of eight CN235 medium airlifters ordered from Airbus Military by the French DGA last year. These eight aircraft will be operated by the French Air Force, to add to the 19 examples it already has in service. The last of the remaining seven aircraft ordered will be delivered by the end of 2012.

Army Aviation Caucus Established In The U.S. House

Bipartisan Group Claims Nearly 30 Initial Members

Two members of the U.S. House of Representatives jointly announced the establishment of the House Army Aviation Caucus on Wednesday. Representative Mo Brooks (R-AL-05) and Representative Mark Critz (D-PA-12) will serve as co-chairmen of the caucus, which will provide a forum among members of Congress, staff, and the Army to improve communication and support for Army Aviation.
