KuRFS Radars Address Urgent Operational Need Against Drone Threats
The U.S. Army has awarded a $191 million contract to Raytheon Company for Ku-band radio frequency radars. KuRFS, an advanced electronically scanned array system, fills an immediate U.S. Army operational need for a counter-unmanned aerial vehicle radar.
Awarded A Framework Contract Valued At About $68 Million
Elbit Systems has been awarded a framework contract to provide maritime Unmanned Aircraft System (UAS) patrol services to be provided by the European Maritime Safety Agency (EMSA) to countries in the European Union. The contract that will be executed in cooperation with CEiiA is for a two-year base period and two single year option periods. If fully ordered, the total contract value is approximately $68 million.
AH-IZ And UH-1Y Devices To Be Installed At Marine Corps Station Futenma in Okinawa
FlightSafety International has been selected by the Naval Air Warfare Center Training Systems Division (NA WCTSD) to design and manufacture Flight Training Devices for the AH-IZ and the UH-1Y. The devices will be installed at the Marine Air Corps Station Futenma in Okinawa, Japan.
