There's more saber-rattling to report from the Mideast. On
Tuesday, state-run media reported Iran test-fired a new short-range
missile near that country's border with Iraq... a clear signal to
the United States against any violation of Iranian airspace.
The election of Democrat Barack Obama as the next American
president has left onlookers questioning the future of US defense
spending... but aerospace analysis firm Forecast International
predicts spending won't decrease significantly under an Obama
administration.

On his last Veterans Day as commander in chief, President Bush
paid tribute to all those who have worn the uniform of the Army,
Navy, Air Force, Marine Corps and Coast Guard during a speech
