U.S. Air Force special force operators in Haiti have rescued
seven survivors of the massive Jan. 12 earthquake that continues to
wreak havoc on the country in its wake, according to Air Force
officials.

homeland security operations and carry out support missions within

The United States Marine Corps has awarded an $8.3 million
contract to Elbit Systems of America for Helmet Display and Tracker
System (HDTS) for the USMC AH-1W Attack Helicopter.
Two of a planned seven upgraded P-3C maritime surveillance
aircraft have been delivered to the Islamic Republic of Pakistan
under the U.S. Government's Foreign Military Sales program,
Lockheed Martin announced Thursday.

Airmen and C-130s from the Air Force Special Operations Command
and the Ohio National Guard are continuing to provide disaster
relief to the people of Haiti.
