have both been acquired by Flight Training Acquisitions(FTA), the
company announced Wednesday.
The Commercial Aviation Alternative Fuel Initiative (CAAFI), an
FAA sponsored effort to develop environmentally-sound,
sustainable-alternative jet fuels, has received “one of the
most coveted and valued honors” by a leading
aviation-industry publication.

An Emirates A380 preparing to depart from Incheon, South Korea
on Sunday was delayed about 19 hours when mechanics discovered a
"technical defect" in the aircraft's fuel system. Ground crews were
not immediately able to correct the problem, which caused the
overnight delay.
Civilian flights into Haiti were halted late Thursday morning at
the request of the Haitian government due to overcrowded conditions
at Toussaint L'Ouverture International Airport. The government said
there was no room for arriving aircraft on the ramp, and no fuel
