Rosenker has announced that he will resign his position as Acting
Chairman and Member. He submitted his letter of resignation to
President Obama Tuesday, just one day after Board Member Kathryn
Higgins turned in a similar letter.

The FAA says it has taken another step toward a new safety

operational errors by air traffic controllers. "We're moving away
