All that stands in the way now, they say, is a signature from the Wichita Aircraft Certification Office that would approve an expanded AML Engine and Aircraft Supplemental Type Certificate. That could happen at any moment, only requiring FAA headquarters to send their authorization.

Bivy has announced that the manufacture of its Stick, a satellite messenger device, has moved to ACR Electronics. Bivy's Salt Lake City, Utah facility has not been able to keep up with consistent demand for the tiny satcom safety device, so they found a solid supplier in Fort Lauderdale, Florida's ACR in order to ramp up production to address demand. Bivy was careful to select a domestic operation for the Stick, owing to its position as a vital link in the safety chain.
