Bristell Unveils New High-Wing Design

Expects To First Show The Airplane To The Public At Aero Friedrichshafen 2020

Bristell has a new model that it plans to show to the public for the first time at Aero Friedrichshafen 2020. The B8 is a high-wing, all-metal aircraft, and the order book is open. According to the company, the B8 is a strutless high-wing airplane with a steerable nose wheel and control yokes in the cockpit. The basic model will be powered by a 100 hp Rotax 912ULS, with planned options for Rotas IS, 914 and 915iS engines. The 49-inch-wide cockpit will have composite doors, and a separate door for the luggage compartment. Bristell plans a first public showing of the B8 at Aero Friedrichshafen 2020, and says it will be available for test and demonstration flights shortly after that show.
