The U.K. Civil Aviation Authority has placed an immediate restriction on certain "high energy" maneuvers by vintage aircraft in the wake of an accident Saturday that resulted in multiple fatal injuries of people on the ground near the Shoreham Airshow. A Hawker Hunter military jet taking part in the Shoreham Air Show in Sussex, England went down during the airshow this weekend. It impacted on a busy highway resulting in what is reported to have caused the fatal injury of eleven people. However, numerous other people were injured and, according to BBC News, the fatality number could increase.
