'Codex On The Flight Of Birds' To Be Shown Beginning September 13
One of Italy's greatest treasures, Leonardo da Vinci's "Codex on the Flight of Birds," will be exhibited at the Smithsonian's National Air and Space Museum in Washington, D.C., for 40 days this fall, from Sept. 13 until Oct. 22.

DME Fix
A geographical position determined by reference to a navigational aid which provides distance and azimuth information. It is defined by a specific distance in nautical miles and a radial, azimuth, or course (i.e., localizer) in degrees magnetic from that aid.
