Source: US District Judge Leonie Brinkema, presiding judge in the penalty phase of the Zacharias Moussaoui trial, on the revelation that TSA attorney Carla Martin sent FAA witnesses (four for the defense, and three for the prosecution) a series of emails and transcripts from the trial, in which she spells out problems with the prosecution's opening argument -- including comments that there were gaps that the defense could "drive a truck through."
