Quest Aircraft Company has signed an agreement for its acquisition by Setouchi Holdings Inc., a member of Tsuneishi Group. As the FAA released its outline of proposed rulemaking for UAS operations, the White House released a memorandum to emphasize that UAS operations must comply with the laws dealing with personal privacy. The document outlines goals and procedures to manage the collection, use, retention and dissemination of information obtained by UAS and ensure protection of privacy and civil liberties.
