Source: Jeff Charlton, on his reasons for joining others who lost family members in the December 19th Chalk's Ocean Airlines seaplane downing in filing a lawsuit against the airline, as well their insurance company and, potentially, the airline's maintenance workers and the manufacturers of replacement components for the Grumman G-73T Turbo Mallard. Charlton lost his mother in the accident.
