Despite an ongoing global economic downturn, the
Farnborough-based European arm of JetBrokers Inc, says it remains
optimistic about the pre-owned business jet market. The company
reported its best month on record in July in terms of pre-owned
aircraft sales activity and strong months in August and September
for new listings of pre-owned aircraft.
Company Says It Represents The World’s First Completely
Remanufactured Business Jet
The FAA has certified the Nextant Aerospace 400XT aircraft. The
first retail deliveries of the planes will begin in October 2011,
part of a 40-plane order from Flight Options, the nation’s
second-largest fractional jet company. Nextant introduced the
concept of remanufacturing to the business jet market, and says the
400XT is the world’s first completely remanufactured business
jet.
