NTSB Prelim: Britten Norman BN2A

While Taxiing, The Left Wing Of The 172s Contacted The Right Wing And Engine Of The BN-2A-27

On July 13, 2020, about 1146 eastern daylight time, a Cessna 172S, N5280D, and a Britten Norman BN-2A-27, N200MU, were substantially damaged when they were involved in an accident at Fort Lauderdale, Florida. The pilot of the 172S and the pilot of the BN-2A-27 were not injured. The 172S was operated as a Title 14 Code of Federal Regulations Part 91 personal flight and the BN-2A-27 was operated as a Title 14 Code of Federal Regulations Part 135 air taxi flight.
