Bombardier Commercial Aircraft has announced that the Government of Tanzania has signed a firm purchase agreement for two Q400 turboprop airliners. The aircraft will be delivered with a 76-seat, dual-lavatory configuration and will be used for commercial airline operations in the region.

Split Order Between PurePower Geared Turbofan And V2500 Engines

Pratt & Whitney has signed a deal for PW1100G-JM and V2500 engines to power up to 32 A320 family aircraft with an undisclosed leasing company. The PW1100G-JM engine is offered by Pratt & Whitney. The V2500 engine is offered through IAE International Aero Engines AG.
