A United Airlines flight from Chicago to Vancouver was evacuated
at O'Hare International Monday night, after the plane taxiing
behind it reported seeing a possible engine fire.

temporary caps on the number of flights they operate into and out
of Chicago's O'Hare International -- but they don't want to be the
only ones.
