Avmax Looking To Hire Over 50 New Employees

Filling Openings On Current And New MRO Lines

Avmax is looking for over 50 new employees to help backfill current MRO lines as well as start up 2 new MRO lines. Avmax’s Aircraft Leasing Division has purchased 60 aircraft in the past year. While the bulk of these are Bombardier Dash 8 and CRJ type aircraft, other types purchased also include Airbus A340, Boeing 737, Embraer Legacy 600 & ERJ 145, Bombardier Challenger 601 & 850 and Fokker F50.

Sky Airline Signs MoU For LEAP-1A RPFH Agreement

Chile's Sky Airline has signed a Memorandum of Understanding for a 12-year Rate Per Flight Hour (RFPH) agreement with CFM International to support the LEAP-1A engines that will power the airline's new fleet of 21 leased Airbus A320neo aircraft.  The agreement is valued at about $600 million U.S., including spare engines.
