A plant that would convert household waste such as food scraps,
grass clippings, and agricultural castoffs into jet fuel is under
consideration by Qanatas and Solena Fuels. The process would be
similar to one used to convert coal to jet fuel at a plant South
Africa.
Capt. Lee Moak took office on January 1 as the ninth president
