Flight Attendants belonging to the British Airlines Stewards and
Stewardesses Association (BASSA)are expressing their displeasure
with management by pouring vintage wine down the sinks after
flights, a measure they call "passive resistance."
Says Sharing Information Is Critical To National Security
Rep. Bennie G. Thompson (D-MS), Chairman of the House Committee
on Homeland Security, sent a letter to President Barack Obama
detailing the problems with our national security infrastructure
which need to be addressed and reformed following the terrorist
attack on December 25.
Since their introduction, privacy advocates have publicly
worried that images from full-body scans at the airport might wind
up on the internet. TSA assured us on its website that "The
machines have zero storage capability."
