Exercises Options For Neutral Buoyancy Laboratory, Space Vehicle Mockup Facility Operations

NASA has exercised the second option of its Neutral Buoyancy Laboratory (NBL)/Space Vehicle Mockup Facility (SVMF) Operations Contract (NSOC) with Raytheon Technical Services Company of Houston.
