NASA Readies For Northrop Grumman’s Cygnus Departure from Space Station

Cygnus Arrived At The Station Feb. 18

Nearly three months after delivering several tons of supplies and scientific experiments to the International Space Station, Northrop Grumman’s unpiloted Cygnus cargo craft is scheduled to depart the International Space Station on Monday, May 11. Dubbed the “SS Robert H. Lawrence,” Cygnus arrived at the station Feb. 18 with supplies and science experiments following its launch on Northrop Grumman’s Antares rocket from NASA’s Wallops Flight Facility on Wallops Island, Virginia.
