(R-IA) for introducing a proposal to extend accelerated, or "bonus"
depreciation for equipment purchases in 2010 including GA
Contract Awarded To Accelerate Environmentally Friendly
The FAA announced $125 million in contracts to develop and
demonstrate technologies that will reduce commercial jet fuel
consumption, emissions and noise. The contracts are part of the
FAA's Continuous Lower Energy, Emissions and Noise (CLEEN)
Prospective Agreement Is Contingent Upon Pilot
The Air Line Pilots Association, which represents more than
1,500 pilots employed by Jazz Air LP (formerly Air Canada Jazz),
confirmed Friday that they have signed a Memorandum of Settlement
(MOS) for a tentative agreement with Jazz Air management

for real. The Commemorative Air Force (CAF) says the world's only
flyable B-29 Superfortress FIFI, will return to the skies Tuesday,
June 29, at 0800.

existing accelerated depreciation policy as part of the recovery
effort would continue the virtuous cycle of stimulating a vital
industry through tax incentives."

Authorizes aircraft to land or takeoff at the airport controlled
