During the week of November 3, 2008, members of the FAA's
Production and Airworthiness Division (AIR-200) travelled to
Glasair Aviation's facility in Arlington, WA to review Glasair's
'Two Week To Taxi' program in terms of whether or not such a
program could comply with the 'major portion' requirement of Part
21, Section 21.191(g) -- better known (and infamous) as the "51
Embraer delivered its first Embraer 190 jet Saturday to KLM

Helicopter maintenance, repair and overhaul provider Vector
Aerospace Helicopter Services recently announced it will
consolidate its Van Nuys, CA Rolls-Royce model 250 engine repair
facility with its Dallas, TX facility by the end of 2008.
The planes within the Flying Heritage Collection were created at
a time when aeronautical discovery had evolved to aviation mastery.
Finely crafted by distinguished design bureaus with leading
technologies of the 1930s and 1940s, the main emphasis of the
collection includes combat aircraft from World War II.

Chairman of AOPA's Board of Trustees Bill Trimble led off the
third and final General Session of the 2008 AOPA Expo Saturday,
praising outgoing AOPA President Phil Boyer's vision and
