'An Extraordinary Friends of Bob Hoover' Event Scheduled For AirVenture Oshkosh

Some Tickets Remaining For The Annual Hoover Get-Together

An “EFOB” (Extraordinary Friends of Bob Hoover) event will be held Wednesday evening, July 25th, during this year’s EAA AirVenture Oshkosh. Festivities will begin at 6:00 PM  at the AOPA Campus, just across from the famous Brown Arch entrance to the flight line. The evening is sponsored by the Bob Hoover Legacy Foundation. The Foundation is the 501c3 organization formed by Bob prior to his passing in 2016. Bob’s purpose was to promote and support organizations and individuals that are working to improve aviation’s better future, and to establish the highest possible standards across all aviation disciplines, including piloting. Falco: The Ferrari Of The Air

Designed in 1955 With Looks That Are Timeless

In 1955 renowned aircraft designer Stelio Frati designed the Falco which was originally built in Italy by Aviamilano then Aeromere and later Laverda as a certified aircraft. In the 1980s the Falco was converted to kit form and sold in the US by the Sequoia Aircraft Company of Richmond, Virginia until 2014 when it closed its doors.
