These Fighting Falcons Are Not F-16s

The 22nd Air Refueling Wing Bird Aircraft Strike Hazard program is being overhauled with new contractors employing the use of a falcon to keep skies clear from avian adversaries. The BASH program is in place to reduce bird strikes by introducing a natural predator into the area to ward off smaller animals. McConnell will be changing the type of predator used from a dog to a pair of falcons.

USAF Takes Delivery Of A 4th Global 6000

Will Be Equipped As A Battlefield Airborne Communications Node

Bombardier Aerospace delivered a Global 6000 aircraft to the US Air Force last Thursday, in a ceremony conducted at a Bombardier facility in Connecticut. This aircraft is the fourth Bombardier Global aircraft to be added to the existing US Air Force inventory with E-11A Military Designation.
