Defense department officials believe North Korea has accelerated
its preparations for testing a new intercontinental ballistic
missile (ICBM) -- and what's more, that test could come as early as
this weekend.
Transcontinental Flights Pave Way For Overseas Flights
Aero-News learned this week that Marine Corps crews successfully
completed two non-stop, coast-to-coast flights this week with a
pair of MV-22 Osprey tiltrotor aircraft, in preparation for a
transatlantic flight to England with the same Ospreys in July.

Last Year
A team comprised of AirLaunch LLC, DARPA and the US Air Force
made history this week, as a simulated AirLaunch QuickReach(TM)
rocket weighing 65,000 lbs was dropped out of a C-17A cargo
aircraft -- the heaviest single load to ever be dropped out of the
