Airbus Group has delivered to the Army the service's 300th UH-72A Lakota helicopter. The Lakota is manufactured at the company's Airbus Helicopters, Inc. facility in Columbus, MS, where Col. Thomas Todd, Army Project Manager for Utility Aircraft, accepted delivery of the 300th aircraft.

DSCA Approves AT-6C Sale For Iraq

Aerostats And Tower Systems Also Approved

The State Department has made a determination approving a possible Foreign Military Sale to Iraq for AT-6C Texan II aircraft and associated equipment, parts, training and logistical support for an estimated cost of $790 million.  The Defense Security Cooperation Agency delivered the required certification notifying Congress of this possible sale on May 13, 2014.
