Italian Army Takes Delivery Of Its First NH90 Helicopter

One Of 60 On Order For Aviation Unit

AgustaWestland announced this week the Italian Army's Aviation Unit took delivery of its first NH90 multi-purpose helicopter in late December, 2007. The Italian Army has ordered 60 NH90 TTH helicopters, which will replace older models currently operated by the service in various utility roles.

Residents of Fernley awoke to a chilly surprise last Saturday... as nearly freezing water poured through their neighborhood and invaded their homes. Due to heavy rainfall, an irrigation canal suffered a ditch bank failure, and several hundred houses were caught in the path of the fast moving water, flooding many to a depth of several feet.
