Innovative Kit Can Now Be Installed By H125/AS350 Helicopters Prior To Delivery
Airbus Helicopters and Swiss Rotor Service (SRS) have signed a Memorandum of Understanding to cooperate in the promotion of the Maximum Pilot View Kit (MPVK) for the H125 and older variants of the AS350 single-engine helicopter (B2 & B3 versions). This will enable customers to have the MPVK installed directly by Airbus Helicopters on newly-built H125’s coming out of its final assembly line in Marignane (France) or out of its worldwide Customer Centers network.

Robert Randall, U.S. Senior Sales Manager for Universal Avionics (UA), has announced that Don Milum has been appointed to the position of Regional Sales Manager for Midwestern U.S. In his new position, Don will support UA Authorized Dealers and Integrators in North Dakota, South Dakota, Minnesota, Iowa, Nebraska, Kansas, Missouri, Oklahoma, Arkansas, and Louisiana.
Kansas Republican Looks To Protect Aviation System During A Government Shutdown
U.S. Senator Jerry Moran (R-KS) has introduced the Aviation Funding Stability Act of 2019. This legislation would protect FAA programs and personnel and would provide stability for the U.S. aviation industry in the event of a government shutdown. The Aviation Funding Stability Act of 2019 has also been introduced in the U.S. House of Representatives.
