One of Aviation's Most Inspiring Events Helps Keep Aviation A
Lofty Pursuit
It has become one of my favorite events... and even though I am
very much a minority when it comes to the overall attendance/makeup
of a WAI Convention. Nowhere in aviation is there an event that has
as positive and inclusive a spirit as does WAI... and I sure
wish we could bottle it and distribute to those other events that
so very much need a positive karma infusion (especially
Lakeland...).

For Training
First Landings Aviation, the sport pilot flight school founded
in May of 2009 by two young entrepreneurs, is excited to announce
the addition of a Piper Cub to its fleet.
From the perspective of someone who spent over 30 years in high
tech, I believe that the general aviation paradigm is a bad
fit for the U.S. investment community which is looking for more
reasonable investments and quicker turnaround.
