President Bush Orders Improvements To GPS For Civilian Use
President Bush has signed a new policy that guarantees the
availability and reliability of GPS for civilian use. And despite
some exaggerated press reports, there is no imminent threat that
GPS will be shut down.
The FAA may be able to do what the AOPA and pilots throughout
Chicagoland haven't done yet -- make the Windy City pay for the
destruction of Meigs Field.
Approach Aviation Development Thursday said it has received FAA
STC SA00206BO for an Alternate Air system for all Grumman AA-5
Traveler and AA-5A Cheetahs.

through twelfth grade students in North Texas to receive an
introduction to potential careers in aviation and
