NTSB: Low-Flying Aircraft Struck Power Lines Before Fatal Accident

Cessna 172 Went Down In The Mississippi River With Two Aboard

The NTSB has released a preliminary report from an accident involving a Cessna 172M airplane that struck power lines and then went down in the Mississippi river near Ramsey, MN. The two people on board. The Minneapolis Star-Tribune newspaper identified the two on board as Chad and Jill Rygwall, who both shared a love of flying.
