Denver/Boulder Neighbor to See 30-Acre Expansion for Increased Activity

American Corporate Airport Partners (ACAP) has signed a long-term lease with Jefferson County, Colorado for the development of 30 acres near Rocky Mountain Metropolitan Airport (BJC). The spot is located in Broomfield, Colorado, a town 15 miles north of downtown Denver and 14 miles south of Boulder. The 30-acre span will help the strategically located airport in its expansion, leveraging its placement near one of the fastest growing metropolitan areas in the country.

Airplane Came To Rest Upright, And Both Wings Were Found Separated From The Fuselage

On January 17, 2023, about 1039 central standard time, a Piper PA-46-350P JetProp DLX airplane, N963MA, sustained substantial damage when it was involved in an accident near Yoakum, Texas. The pilot and copilot sustained fatal injuries. Two passengers sustained fatal injuries and one passenger sustained serious injuries. The airplane was operated as a Title 14 Code of Federal Regulations Part 91 business flight.
